By using Uni-Cupon you agree to these terms.
The service
Uni-Cupon provides tools to create, share and redeem single-use coupons. We may change or improve features over time.
Your offers
Businesses are responsible for the offers they create, the terms they attach, honouring valid coupons, and complying with the laws that apply to their promotions.
Customers’ questions about an offer should go to the business that issued the coupon.
Your customer lists
Only add people who asked to hear from you: people who signed up themselves, or who told you to add them. Do not upload bought, rented or scraped lists.
You are responsible for the messages you send and for following the laws that apply to marketing email and text messages, including honouring unsubscribe and STOP requests promptly and showing a real mailing address in emails.
We may limit or suspend sending for accounts that generate complaints or send to people who did not sign up.
Your account
Keep access to your email and phone secure; anyone who can read your emails or text messages can sign in. Owners are responsible for who they invite to their team.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, or try to guess, copy or tamper with coupon codes.
Availability and liability
Checking a coupon requires an internet connection. The service is provided “as is”; we aim for reliability but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from offers created by businesses.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
